Contracts
A contract is a bank of hours at a fixed hourly rate that can be sold through solicitations of the Contract type.
Once won, solicitations of this type result in the creation of contract invoices. Once a member is billed, the contract is created in the system and can be viewed through the Contracts page
This module allows you to consult the number of hours remaining in the contract, to add interventions on a contract, to deduct hours from the bank and to consult the various past interventions.
Consult a contract
To know what is planned
- Navigate to the Contracts page and select a contract from the list
- Consult the field of the
General
tab Total number of hours to know the number of hours remaining in the contract for this account - Consult the chronology of the contract to see the next steps/appointments
To know What was done
- Navigate to the Contract page and select a contract from the list
- In the
General
tab, navigate to the module named Interventions - Select an intervention to view it
- Ideally, we should see a code and an activity detail, and read notes.
Note an intervention for a contract
- Navigate to the Contracts page in the Sales section of the main menu
- In the list of active contracts, select the contract from which to deduct hours
- In the
General
tab of the solicitation, navigate to the Intervention module - Select
+ New
to open the form Quick create: Intervention - Fill in the various mandatory and optional fields of the form
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Name | Name of the intervention (e.g. follow-up meeting, training, etc.) in the system |
Description | Description of the intervention which describes the hours spent on the contract |
Employee | The name of the employee in your organization who worked on this contract |
Account | Pre-filled field that identifies the account for which the contract was created |
Contract | The contract on which the employee worked |
Contract Product | Product under which the transactions linked to this contract will be registered in the accounting system at the time of accounting synchronization |
Kind | It is possible to assign an activity type to an intervention. |
Activity code | It is possible to manage the list of activity codes in the Lists section of the Configuration |
Activity detail | Activity details can be managed in the Lists section of the Configuration |
Quantity | Indicates the number of hours to be deducted from the total amount |
Start date | Used to identify the period over which the hours were worked |
End date | Used to identify the period over which the hours were worked |
Ratings | Internal notes related to the course of the intervention. |

Save and close
to validate the creation of the intervention and return to theGeneral
tab of the contract

The quantity of hours entered during the creation of the intervention is automatically deducted from the Hours balance field.
