Understand Dashboards
The system dashboards (those that are already present in your environment at the time of implementation) group lists and charts related to certain themes. They constitute a good starting point to be aware of the situation and the actions to be taken.
However, configurations can make some of the lists present in the system dashboards lose their relevance. For example, an organization that sends out renewal invoices directly will not see a list of unanswered renewal notices. It's irrelevant to her. You will therefore understand that it is impossible for us to adapt the system dashboards to all combinations of configurations. This is why it is recommended to build your own personalized dashboards and to share them , as needed, with the various members of your organization.
However, this requires a good understanding of your needs as a user/team/organization as well as a good understanding of the database model.
A few tips for consulting dashboards
- The charts are still dynamic and it is possible to apply filters to them
- Select
See All Records
to see the full list of items that go into making up a chart or list. - Once the records are displayed, it is possible to consult the filters that have been applied to build a view. So you don't have to understand how each list of each of the dashboards works by heart.
- Workflows are accessible from the lists.
