New Features

Activation of automatic matching for online new member registration for accounts and contacts

This new feature simplifies the online membership creation process and can be verified automatically whether a customer or a non-member contact exists in your database. If an account or contact is identified and it is not a member or a member pending payment, they will automatically be associated with the new adhesion, avoiding the creation of duplicates in your system.

Caution
  • Your organization must have our Membri365 portal tu use it.
  • To use this feature, you can accept new member contacts:
    • If all contacts are members, this feature can be used without limits.
    • For accounts with delegates, only a number of member contacts equal to the places available for secondary delegates of the active subscription can be added.

Once the feature is activated, you will be able to select the Membri registration link button in an account toolbar. This will generate a link in the Details tab of the account, which you can send to enable self-creation of member contacts.

Personalized inter-member offers on the Membri365 portal

Your organization must have our Membri365 portal tu use it.

This new feature allows you to easily create personalized offers from the Membri365 app and then make them available to your members through the portal. You can specify all the offer details including start date, end date, redirect URL to avail the offer. You can also add an image to visually represent the offer on your portal, directly from the Membri365 application.

Customizing the display of fields in the Membri365 member portal

Now you have the ability to customize which fields will be visible or hidden in the member portal. The visible fields will be accessible to members so that they can modify their information in Membri365. To learn more about these features, please contact a member of our team at support@vendere.ca.

Use a Custom Change request form

This new feature allows you to create a custom change form that can be integrated into your renewal process. Selecting a change request for a member will redirect them to a custom form connected to Membri 365, enabling changes to be made directly to the account associated with the renewal.

Feature to anonymize a contact

Membri365 makes your life easier with the new Quebec law 25. A simple click (and multiple confirmation) allows you to anonymize a contact from your CRM. The audit history must then be deleted by an admin to complete.


Events and Ticketing

New features

Associating a registration question with specific tickets and choosing its location

You can now restrict a registration question to certain ticket types and determine whether it should appear at the beginning or end of the registration process. This feature allows the registration question to be displayed only when certain ticket types are selected, thus avoiding asking a question in situations where it would not be relevant.

Skip mandatory questions when registering in Membri365

Creating participants through the Membri365 app now allows you to skip mandatory activity-related questions, simplifying the registration process. After invoicing, you will be able to add the answers to the participant's questions according to your needs, either using the participants' modification URL or directly via the participant's file.

New head table module

This new module allows you to create a head table for your guests using personalized participation invitations to certain members. It gives you the option to send invitations to specific accounts ranked according to their importance. Once they have responded, you can 'Accept the invitation' sent to them to include them as participants at the head table or 'Refuse'.

Caution

Guests added to a head table are not added to the event attendee list. These two processes are distinct. Adding to a head table does not create an event attendee or invoice. If you need to create both an invoice and an attendee, we recommend using the standard table module.

Manual registration reminders for events

A brand new feature is coming to enrich your experience: manual registration reminders for events. Now you have the option to send manual reminders to selected registrations, based on your specific needs. These reminders work in the same way as automated reminders, ensuring efficient and duplicate-free communication. Each reminder is sent to the registration manager as well as to each participant, avoiding sending the reminder more than once to the same address.

Sending these manual reminders gives you added flexibility. You can customize the reminder text as well as override the email template used for sending. This feature is particularly useful in a variety of scenarios, including last-minute changes requiring rapid communication with participants. In addition, it makes it easier to manage logistical aspects, such as returning physical tickets before the event takes place.

New features for secret ticket

You are now able to generate secret tickets and specify that this should be the only available ticket. This allows you to send the secret ticket link and simplify registration for your member since they will only see this ticket.

You can now reuse secret code. You can then set the same code for multiple tickets. The link from either ticket will now show multiple secret tickets to your customer.

Copy a Ticket Type

A new feature now allows you to copy an existing ticket type within an event. This option makes it easier to create similar tickets without having to reconfigure everything manually. Once copied, you can simply adjust the details to match the specific needs of your ticket.


Invoicing and Accounting

New Features

Add C.C. recipients to each invoice

Now you have the option to add CC recipients when overriding billing emails on the invoice. When you choose to *override billing emails*, you will then be able to add multiple email addresses to use for sending. Each C.C. email address must be separated by a semicolon (for example: support1@vendere.ca;support2@vendere.ca;support3@vendere.ca) for optimal use of this functionality.

Send the Invoice to the Record Owner

A new button on the invoice now allows you to send the invoice directly to the record owner. The email is sent to the owner regardless of whether the invoice email is blocked.

Exclude an invoice from the account statement

You can now manually exclude an invoice from the statements generated for the account. This allows you to have greater control over the information you want to include in the account statements that will be sent or downloaded.

Exclude an account from automated account statement sendings

This new feature allows you to manually exclude an account from the automated sending of account statements provided in your environment. This provides additional flexibility in managing communications with your members.

Downloading an account statement

You now have the option to download an account statement, which allows you to view it before sending it or generating it for use external to the platform. This new functionality integrates perfectly with the option to manually exclude certain invoices from an account statement. Together, these features offer you more precise monitoring of your accounting by meeting all your needs.

Income received in advance for events

This functionality is currently available for the following accounting systems:

  • Avantage
  • BusinessCentral
  • Sage300

It is now possible to create an income line on registrations on the start date of the event. This feature allows your revenue to be recognized only on the date of the event. This gives you more flexibility in managing your finances and income for accounting.

Block only renewal mailings for a set of subscription options

This feature allows you to automatically block the sending of the renewal invoice and renewal notice for a specific membership package, while retaining the sends related to new member registration and receipts for the same package. Membership invoices and receipts (including renewal receipts) for this package will still be sent without interruption.

Email queue by chapter

A new feature now allows you to specify the email queues to use for your sendings based on the chapter. This option is particularly useful for organizations segmented into several branches. Instead of setting email queues in global settings, you can now do it at the chapter level. This customization meets the specific needs of organizations using multiple chapters, thus facilitating their management and organization.

Customization of the change request form for members during renewal

Caution

Customizing a change request page requires an HTML modification which must be carried out by our team. For further information, please contact us at support@vendere.ca.

Fees may apply for creating the HTML page.

From one of your subscription option sets, you now have the option to select the "Use a custom change form" option to access the set's translation settings. Once a translation is created, you can then design a custom HTML form for change requests during renewal. This customization will fully meet your specific needs, offering your members the possibility of making requests or follow-ups during renewal according to your preferences.

Customize email templates for each set of subscription options

Now you have the ability to choose a specific email template for each set of subscription options, giving you complete control over your communications related to your members' subscriptions. You can now specify the email template for:

  • Membership invoices for the membership package
  • Membership receipts for the membership package
  • Renewal invoices for the membership package
  • Renewal receipts for the membership package
  • Notices of renewal of the membership package

Customize the Display of Fields in the Membri365 Members Portal

You can now customize the fields that will be visible or hidden in the members' portal. Visible fields can be used by members to make modifications to their information in the CRM. Contact a member of our team at support@vendere.ca to learn more about these features.

Automatic reminders for membership invoices

You can now automate reminders for unpaid new membership invoices. This feature simplifies payment tracking by automatically generating reminders to send to affected members. When setting up the reminder, you must set a delivery deadline, for example +15 days after the invoice date. Thus, if a membership is invoiced on the 1st of the month, the reminder will be sent on the 16th of the same month.

Specify an email queue for a membership package

You now have the possibility to define an email queue to use for all communications concerning a membership package. This address will be used to send the membership invoice to the members associated with this membership package. The renewal notices, the invoices or the receipts related to the membership will be sent to you from the email queue associated with this membership package.
