Version 2.17.5
Members and Memberships
New features
New Add-on Module: Misc Memberships
Membri 365 now supports misc memberships, an add-on module designed to create flexible memberships independent of member status.
Misc memberships can be linked to any account — member or not — and used for various services: specialized newsletters, platform access, external subscriptions, and more.
Once the membership type is configured, a membership can be created for a specific account, with one or more contacts linked to it. When invoiced, the system uses the configured templates to generate the invoice, send the billing email, and produce the associated receipts — all automatically.
A membership subscriber record is created for each contact linked to the misc membership, allowing you to easily view and filter subscribers based on your needs.
Renewals are also automated: based on the start and end dates defined on the membership, the system generates a new membership ready to be invoiced, according to the parameters set in the membership type.
👉 For full documentation, see: Misc Memberships
This module is available as an add-on to the core application.

Discount Codes on Upgrades
You can now apply up to two discount codes directly to a membership upgrade. These codes apply at the time of invoicing and can also be carried forward automatically to the next membership renewal.
To learn more about upgrades, see the section Understanding Upgrades.
Events and Ticketing
New features
Exclude the .ics File from Automated Emails
You can now choose not to include the .ics
calendar file in emails related to an event.
By default, Membri 365 includes a .ics
file with registration confirmations, invoices, or receipts (depending on your configuration), allowing participants to add the event to their calendar (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.).
You can now disable this file for a specific event using a field in the event’s Summary tab.
Set Display Order
You can now define the display order of elements in the Membri 365 ticketing interface using a numeric field called Order.
This field can be used for:
- Ticket types
- Activity questions
- Choice options within an activity question
The lower the number, the higher the element appears in the interface.
Add information bubble on questions
You can now define descriptions on your questions, they will appear as an information bubble on the ticketing platform.
Invoicing and Accounting
New features
Usage Limit for Discount Codes
You can now define a maximum number of uses for a discount code.
This is useful for managing promotions more strategically: offer a discount to the first 50 registrants, or limit it to a specific target group. The system enforces the limit and prevents usage once it’s reached.
This helps you control your budget, create urgency, and encourage quick registration.
Configurations
New features
Chapter-Specific Theme Customization
You can now customize the visual theme of your Membri 365 environment per chapter.
This new feature lets you adjust the appearance of your online ticketing interface based on the context or needs of each chapter: text color, background, header, contrast levels, etc. You can also customize images from external platforms directly within the theme.
This gives each chapter the flexibility to adopt its own visual identity. 🎨

Customized payment platforms by chapter
You can now configure multiple payment platforms in your environment and assign a specific platform to each chapter — allowing payments to be managed independently per chapter.
Each chapter can be linked to a different provider, making it possible to support multiple payment platforms in parallel within the same environment.
To activate a payment platform, you must first open an account with the chosen provider and send us the necessary credentials for integration.
To learn more or review your setup, contact our team at support@vendere.ca.
Decimal Quantities on Invoices
You can now display decimal quantities on product lines in your invoices.
Although decimal input was already supported in the product creation interface, invoice templates previously rounded quantities to whole numbers.
You can now modify your invoice template to show decimal values as needed.
