Benefits
Benefits are free advantages that may come with certain types of membership packages. They can be grouped into benefit packages.
Benefits are valid for a certain duration that can be determined in the parameters of Membri 365. The default value is one year.
Benefits are directly linked to an account's subscription. It is possible to consult what benefits an account has via the account's file.
What happens to an account's benefits when they are no longer a member?
When an account is suspended (no longer a member of your organization), it is no longer possible for it to use the benefits associated with the account. The benefits associated with its subscription are not however removed. They are simply suspended too.
If the account ever becomes a member of your organization again, the benefits that have been suspended and have not expired will be usable again.
Create a benefit
- Navigate to the Benefits page in the Configuration menu
- Select
+ New
in the toolbar to open the form Create benefit - Fill in the various mandatory and optional fields of the Summary tab
Benefit information
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of this gratuity in the system |
Type of benefit | For now, a benefit can only have the type ticket. This indicates that the benefit you are creating is a ticket to an event. |
Description | A description of your benefit |

to create the benefit in the system.
