Benefit Packages
Benefit packages are groups of multiple benefits. When registering, the account manager can select a benefit package associated to the membership package chosen.
Benefits grouped together in a package are valid for a certain duration that can be determined in the parameters of Membri 365. The default value is one year.
Create a benefit package
- Navigate to the Benefit packages page in the Configuration menu
- Select
+ New
in the toolbar to open the Create Benefit Package form - Fill in the various mandatory and optional fields of the Summary tab

Name | The name of this benefit package in the system |
Description | A description of your benefit package |

Save
in the toolbar to create the benefit package in the system
Add benefits to a package
Creating a benefit package gives access to the Benefits included module which allows you to add benefits to a package.
- Navigate to the Benefit Packages page in the Configuration menu
- Select the benefit package you want to add benefits to
- In the Benefits included module, select
+ New Package's Benefit
to open the quick form Package's benefit - Fill in the various fields of the form
Fields | Description |

Benefit package | Field auto-populated with the benefit package you selected |
Benefits | Search field that allows you to browse the list of benefits in your environment |
Quantity | The quantity of the benefit chosen in the previous field that will be available when selecting this package |
- Select
Save & close
at the bottom of the Package's benefit quick form to add benefits to the package
Link a benefit package to a membership package
Creating a benefit package gives access to the module Membership packages offering the benefit package which allows you to link the benefit package to membership packages.
- Navigate to the Benefit Packages page in the Configuration menu
- Select the benefit package you want to link to membership packages
- In the module Membership packages offering the benefit package, select
Add an existing Membership package
to open a search field - Use the search field to select the membership packages to which the benefit package is linked.
It is possible to select multiple membership packages before adding them.

from the toolbar to commit your changes to the benefit package
