Chapters

Chapters make it possible to manage the different branches of an organization.

When creating and/or registering a new account, it is possible to assign it to chapters (main and secondary). By default, the account will receive the email templates that are indicated in the main chapter entity to which it is assigned.



Create a chapter


Assign a chapter to an account

  • Select an account file;
  • Select the Details tab;
  • In the Chapters section, use the search fields Main chapter and Secondary chapter to assign chapters to an account;
  • Select Save from the toolbar to commit changes to the file.

Tab - General

Section - No name

FieldsDescription
NameChange the name of the chapter in the environment.
Is the default chapterDisplays whether this chapter is the one assigned by default.
To choose a default chapter, go to general environment settings.

Section - Invoice Email Templates

Membri 365 allows you to have different email templates for all types of invoices. Assign the appropriate templates for each invoice type.

Regular Invoice TemplateAllows you to choose the invoice template that will be applied to all invoice types for which no template is specified.
Credit Invoice TemplateAllows you to choose the email template used for credit invoices.
Member Registration Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template that is sent at the end of the enrolment process.
Renewal Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template that is sent when a renewal is approved.
Manual Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template that is sent when a manual invoice is created.
Contract Invoice Email templateAllows you to choose the email template sent when a Contract solicitation is won and billed.
Annual Sponsor Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template sent when an Annual Sponsor solicitation is won and billed.
Event Registration Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template sent at the end of the event registration process.
Event Sponsor Invoice Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template sent when an Event Sponsor solicitation is won and billed.
Email Thank-You NoteIf you used the [%ThankYouNote%] token (by default on the template) in the invoice email or PDF template;
Customize the thank you note that appears at the end of invoice emails to the [%ThankYouNote%].

Section - Renewal Email Templates

Renewal Email TemplateAllows you to choose the email template sent as a renewal notice when the membership comes to an end.

Donation invoice templateAllows you to choose the email template sent as an invoice for donations.
Donation receipt templateAllows you to choose the email template sent as a receipt when a payment is applied to a donation invoice.

Section - Receipt

Allows you to choose the email template sent as an account statement to each account to which this chapter is assigned.

Event Ticket Email TemplateIf physical ticket sending is configured;
Allows you to choose the email template sent when an event registration is completed.
Event Registration Reminder Email templateIf reminders have been scheduled when designing an event;
Allows you to choose the email template sent as a reminder to the participants and the person responsible for the event registration.
