Lists

This section of the Configuration menu contains several lists that are in your database. The search fields of the various forms are always associated with a list.


Here are those which are accessible to you in the Configuration menu:


tip

Regardless of the list, you can always delete an item by checking it and selecting Delete from the toolbar.

Cities

This is the list of all the cities that you can select using a search field. Membri 365 already provides you with a list of cities to make sure there are no duplicates due to different spelling when creating a city.

This page allows you to consult the cities which are part of this list, to modify them if necessary and to create new ones.

Create a city

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the New City form
  • Enter the name of the city in the Name field
  • Indicate in which province this city is located using the magnifying glass to browse your list of provinces
  • Select Save & Close in the toolbar to complete the creation of this city

Provinces

This is the list of all provinces that you can select using a search field when entering an address.

Create a province

Here is the procedure for adding a province to your database:

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the creation form New Province
  • Enter the name of the province to be created in the Name field
  • Indicate in wich country this province is using the magnifying glass in the Country field to browse your list of countries
  • Indicate the default tax group to be applied to all invoices intended for an account with its address in this province by search your list of tax groups using the magnifying glass in the Default Tax Group field
  • Select Save & Close in the toolbar to complete the creation of this province

Countries

This is the list of all the countries that you can select using a search field when entering an address.

Create a country

Here is the procedure for adding a country to your database:

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the creation form Create Country
  • Enter the name of the country to be created in the database
  • Indicate the abbreviation associated with the country in the Short name field (Canada = CA)
  • Select Save & Close in the toolbar to complete the creation of this country

Activity sectors

When you create an account, you can indicate the sector of activity in which this account operates.

This page allows you to consult, modify and create activity sectors.

Keep in mind that activity sectors are a large category that can be specified using sub-sectors.

Create an activity sector

The process of creating an activity sector is also described in the creating an account section.

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the New Activity Sector form
  • Enter the name of the sector you are creating in the Description field
  • It is also possible to associate a code to this sector.
  • Select Save & Closein the toolbar to complete the creation of this sector of activity

Activity sub-sectors

The sub-sectors of activity are sub-categories which make it possible to specify the sectors of activity.

This page allows you to consult, modify and create sub-sectors of activity.

Create an activity sub-sector

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the New Activity Sub-Sector form

  • Enter the name of the sub-sector you are creating in the Name field

  • Using the search field Activity Sector determine to which sector of activity to link the sub-sector

  • Select Save & Close in the toolbar to complete the creation of this sub-sector of activity


Chapters

The organization into chapters makes it possible to manage the different branches of an organization.

When creating and/or joining a new account, it is possible to assign it to chapters (main and secondary). By default, the account will receive the email templates that are indicated in the main chapter file to which it is assigned.

Create a chapter

  • Select +New in the toolbar to open the form New Chapter

General

  • Complete the various mandatory and optional fields in the boxes of the General tab

Billing

Membri 365 allows you to have different email templates for almost all types of invoices. Assign the appropriate templates to each invoice type.

  • Complete the various mandatory and optional fields in the boxes of the Renewal tab

Assign a chapter to an account

  • Select an account file
  • Select the Details tab
  • In the Chapters box, use the search fields Main chapter and Secondary chapter

Refusal Reasons

This list refers to the reasons members may have for refusing to renew their membership.

Create refusal reason

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the New Refusal Reason form
  • Enter the name of the refusal reason that you created in the Name field
  • If necessary, enter a description of this reason to specify it
  • Select Save & close in the toolbar to complete the creation of the refusal reason

Product Configurations

Product configurations have been replaced byproducts


Questions

This list refers to questions that accompany activities when creating events.

These questions can be selected during activity creation using a search field so that they appear on the integrated ticketing registration form. It is therefore not necessary to recreate the same question several times.

You can create questions during the activity creation process or from this page.

Create a question

This process is also described in the process of creating an activity.

  • Select + New in the toolbar to open the New Question form
  • Enter the wording of the question in the Question field(1)
  • Choose a type of question in the Type field (2)
TypesDescription
TextThe answer to the question will be a text field in which participants can write their answer.
Yes / NoThe answer to the question must be yes or no. Participants will have no other choice.
ChoiceThe participant can pick an answer from multiple choices. You will then need to create each of the choices in the Response Choices box that will appear after selecting this type of question.
  • Indicate if the answer to the question is mandatory to continue the registration process in the Response Required field (3)
  • Select Save in the toolbar to complete the creation of your question or to have access to the fileds of the Response Choices box (4)
  • If your question is of the multiple choices type, create the various choices by selecting + New Choice in the Response Choices box (5)
  • Complete the Quick Crate: Choice form by entering the wording of the choice (6)
  • Select Save & close to validate the creation of this choice (7)
  • Repeat steps 5 to 7 to create the other answer choices associated with this question
  • Select Save & Close in the toolbar to create this question in your list (8)
